Orders & Payments (FAQ)

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your desired product, choose the size or variant, and click Add to Cart.
Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Banking (FPX)

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Touch ’n Go eWallet


3. Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed immediately.
Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are not allowed after the order has been placed.


Shipping & Delivery (FAQ)

1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes:

  • West Malaysia: 2–4 working days

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.


5. Which courier service do you use?

We use trusted courier partners such as J&T Express and other local delivery providers to ensure your order arrives safely.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


Returns & Exchanges (FAQ)

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. What items are not eligible for return?

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)


3. How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process.
